어제 21그램에서 우리 아이를 무지개 다리 건너로 떠나보냈습니다. 형편이 넉넉치 않아서 베이직 장례를 택했는데도 다른 더 비싼 장례에 대해 단 한마디의 언급도 안하셨습니다.
황망한 마음 금할 길 없었으나 직원분들 모두 같이 진심어리게 마음 아파해주시고 슬픔을 위로받은 느낌이라 감사한 마음 가득했습니다.

아이가 아프기 시작할 때 미리 알아봤었고, 좋은 후기를 다 믿는 편은 아닌지라 그저 우리 아이 잘 보내고 집으로 데려올 생각이었습니다.
그런데 예약확정 전화부터 모든 절차에 신중하게 대해주시는 모습을 보고 우리아이 정말 좋은 곳에서 떠나는구나 싶어 안심이 되었습니다.
대기실, 염습실, 추모실, 참관실 모두 프라이빗하게 갖춰졌고, 마음 한 구석 안도감이 생겨 이곳이면 아이가 편하게 잘 지내겠다 싶어서 계획에 없던 봉안당 안치까지 마쳤습니다.
추모에만 집중할 수 있도록 예우를 갖춰주신 지도사님께 너무 감사드립니다. 주차장을 나가는 순간까지도 잘 챙겨주셨습니다.
